Chester-Le-Street Exhibition October 2011 - Tim Roylance's model of a Big Wheel. The base rotated, there were flashing lights and the wheel stopped four times every six minutes to allow the penguins to get on and off. In was controlled by two electronic circuits. (15/10/2011)
