Darlington Exhibition 1982 - Bill Butterfield's model of a Corporation Road Bridge of Grimsby which took up most of a 10 foot table. This Single Leaf Bascule Rolling Lift bridge was freelance from maker's drawings, 4 PDUs providing drive for lifts and gates, with 11 lb ballast the model weighed over 77 lbs. A real eye catcher. (13/11/1982)
